A voucher will be offset against the game amount when booking via the voucher code. If the game price exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer pays the difference during the booking process. If the voucher value is higher than the game price, the difference will remain on the voucher and can be redeemed for a future booking. Multiple vouchers can be combined. Our vouchers are not personal. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year of purchase. A cash payment is excluded.

Your voucher by mail

Please select a PDF voucher and add the “HOCHGLANZ UPGRADE” to your shopping cart. You will receive a PDF voucher via email immediately after completing your order. You can use the code on this voucher to book a game if you wish to give the voucher with a specific game date. A few days (unfortunately, sometimes up to one or two weeks) after your order, you will receive our high-gloss voucher as a Golden Ticket in your mailbox, containing the same voucher code, a current flyer, and a matching envelope, ready for you to give as a gift. We guarantee that we will send the voucher the next day, or at the latest, the second day after your purchase.
