Yes, of course! We are often fully booked or may not have any of our booksellers available on site at the moment, but you’re welcome to give us a call.
There is no problem adding more players. However, the maximum number of players in the room must not be exceeded.
All players must be paid before the game.
We currently offer 3 different rooms. The size of the group matters here. Then you could play at the same time.
Yes, adding more participants is no problem. However, the maximum number of participants for the experience must not be exceeded.
We currently offer five different experiences. Depending on the size of your group, it may be possible for multiple groups to enjoy their experiences at the same time. For groups of 15 or more participants, we offer special group packages. For these cases, please give us a call or write us an email.
Yes, you will receive an invoice. It is attached to your booking confirmation and includes the billing address you provided.
No. For organizational reasons, we generally do not offer payment on site. However, we provide a wide range of payment methods, so you are sure to find one that suits you to pay for your experience in advance. Payment in the store is only possible in exceptional cases.
In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the experience is booked for a specific date and time.
We offer free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your booking. As a gesture of goodwill, a cancellation fee of €40 may apply.
No, it is not necessary to bring your booking confirmation.
No. There is no need to print your tickets or bring them with you.
THE EXPERIENCE
Our recommendation based on experience:
MIRACULUM is a premium escape room theatre experience for guests aged 6 to 99.
Children aged 8 and above pay the full admission price. Children under the age of 8 may participate free of charge in proportion to the number of accompanying adults, provided the maximum number of participants is not exceeded.
Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
We recommend “The Golden Phoenix” and “The King of Dreams” for children aged 12 and up. “Frankenstein” is recommended for ages 14 and up – although we have often welcomed younger children as well.
In general, you know your child best and can decide which experience is suitable for them.
Our theatrical experiences are available in both German and English, and all of our booksellers speak at least these two languages.
If you arrive late, the experience will generally not take place, as a delayed start would affect the schedule for the rest of the day. In some cases, the bookseller may decide to admit you, depending on the day’s schedule, in which case your experience time may be shortened accordingly.
Please note that ticket prices are non-refundable in the event of late arrival.
No. You will only take part in the experience with the group you booked with. We do not currently offer so-called “public bookings”.
For safety reasons (both your safety and the safety of our actors and sets), guests who are visibly intoxicated are not permitted to participate. The bookseller on site will decide whether you may take part if you have consumed alcohol.
We have welcomed many older guests and guests with significant obesity. However, whether you can fully enjoy the experience depends very much on your physical condition and personal comfort.You can find further information and any experience-specific requirements or restrictions in the descriptions of the experiences.
Gift vouchers
Yes, we offer PDF gift vouchers, with the option to also receive a premium printed version by mail.

Our gift vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were purchased.
Simply enter your voucher code during the booking process. Any remaining balance will be calculated automatically, and you can pay the difference when completing your booking.
Yes, no problem. Please give us a call in advance so we can prepare your voucher. Then simply stop by at the beginning of one of our time slots during our opening hours to pick it up at

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Our experiences are unique, immersive adventures. Simply arrive at the booked time and let yourself be immersed in the story.
In general, everyone can take part. Our experiences have individual requirements and restrictions, which you can find in the respective experience description.
Children between the ages of 6 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear comfortable everyday clothing that can get a little dirty, along with flat shoes.
In a traditional escape game, you usually first receive a briefing before entering the room. The experience then revolves around solving puzzles and riddles, which are not always directly connected to the story or the room’s design.
In an immersive adventure like ours at the Premium Escape Room Theatre, the experience begins with the very first email you receive. You won’t find traditional puzzles here. Instead, it’s all about immersing yourself in the story and stepping into a role – for example, the role of a wizard.
Our booksellers who welcome you are all actors or professionally trained performers, presenting a theatre-like production throughout your visit. In an immersive adventure, the experience itself takes center stage. You become part of a 75-minute blockbuster movie.
As a premium theatre, we place a strong emphasis on authentic theatrical performances, just like those on a stage. That’s what makes us so unique.
Unfortunately, no. Our experiences are not wheelchair accessible and are generally not suitable for guests with mobility impairments. Only the reception area and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
In general, all participants take part at their own risk. Some of our experiences can be physically demanding and may occasionally require crawling on all fours. If you are comfortable with these activities, there is nothing standing in the way of your adventure.
In “The King of Dreams” we recommend that pregnant guests wear a face mask briefly as a precaution while passing through the areas where the fog machine is in use.
No, unfortunately not. Please allow at least an additional 10 minutes to find parking before your visit.
We recommend using Google Maps or BVG.de to plan your journey with ease.
If you are travelling by public transport, you can reach us via the M41 bus (approximately a 2-minute walk), Anhalter Bahnhof (S1, S2, S25, S26 – approximately a 5-minute walk), or Möckernbrücke (U7 – approximately a 7-minute walk).
We have plenty of lockers where you can store your valuables. However, we recommend arriving with as little luggage as possible.
We cannot accept liability for your belongings.
We are normally open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Fridays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. We are closed on Wednesdays.
If the first or last time slots are not booked, we are usually not at the shop. Therefore, it is important to make your booking online or call us for last-minute bookings.
Opening hours may vary during school holidays or special events.
No. Animals are not permitted inside our sets – unless they are stuffed, magical and belong to us.Â
If you are accompanied by a service animal, please get in touch with us in advance. We will always do our best to find a suitable solution.Â
Mobile phones are not permitted during the experience under any circumstances. They must be locked away in one of our lockers. However, we will gladly look after your phone and, if necessary, come and get you out of the adventure in case of an emergency.
