There is no problem adding more players. However, the maximum number of players in the room must not be exceeded.

All players must be paid before the game.

We currently offer 3 different rooms. The size of the group matters here. Then you could play at the same time.

Yes. It is attached to your booking confirmation email.

No. For organizational reasons, we generally do not offer on-site payment. However, we offer a variety of payment methods, and there is guaranteed to be one that you can use to pay for the game in advance. Payment can only be made in store in exceptional cases.

According to § 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), cancellation is not possible as this is a leisure activity that requires a specific date for its performance. We offer you a free rebooking up to 48 hours before the game. Otherwise, a cancellation/rebooking fee of 40 euros will apply.

Our recommendation based on experience:

MIRACULUM is a team game for people aged 6 to 99. Children aged 8 and older are considered full-priced participants. Children under 8 may play for free, proportional to the number of adults present, as long as the maximum number of participants is not exceeded. Children between 8 and 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. “THE GOLDEN PHOENIX” and “THE KING OF DREAMS” are recommended for children aged 12 and up / “FRANKENSTEIN” is recommended for ages 14 and up – however, we have often had younger children participate.

Ultimately, you know your child best and can decide what they are allowed to play.

Our games are playable in german and english and all our game masters speak both languages.

Your game won’t happen if you are late because we run on a tight schedule.

No. We don’t do public bookings.

Due to safety reasons drunk players are not allowed to play.

The team lead decides who is allowed to play.

Of course, but not our games.

We already had very heavy and very old players who managed all parts of our games. However it depends on your physical condition.

Gift vouchers

Yes, we offer PDF vouchers for instant printing at home but if you want to receive a physical version via mail you can add the hochglanz upgrade.

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year of purchase.

No. You don’t have to.

During the booking process you enter the voucher code and the amount is automatically charged. You just have to pay the balance.

Yes, that’s no problem. Please call ahead so we can prepare the voucher, and then simply come to Stresemannstr. 50 in 10963 Berlin-Kreuzberg at the start of your chosen slot during our opening hours to pick it up.

General information

Our games are unique immersive experiences. Simply show up at your booked time and be ready to start your adventure.

Anyone can play. Our games have individual restrictions; please refer to the game description for details.

Players between 6 and 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Please wear comfortable and casual clothing and flat shoes.

No they aren’t. All our games are in the basement.

Basically, everyone plays at their own risk. Some of our games are physically demanding, and you occasionally have to crawl on all fours. If you can manage that, there’s nothing stopping you from playing. Regarding the fog machine in “The King of Dreams,” pregnant women are advised to wear a mask briefly in foggy areas as a precaution.

No, unfortunately not. Please allow at least 10 additional minutes to look for a parking space during your visit.

We recommend Google Maps or BVG.de for stress-free planning.

Our customers come by public transport either by bus M41 (approx. 2 minutes walk away), S-Bahn Anhalter Bahnhof S1 S2 S25 S26 (approx. 5 minutes walk away) or the Möckernbrücke U7 subway (approx. 7 minutes walk away).

Yes we have enough lockers.

We are normally open Mon, Tue, Thu from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Fri – Sun from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Wed is a day of rest)

If the first or last games are not booked, we are usually not in the store. That’s why it’s important that you make your booking online or call us for short-term bookings.

Opening times may vary during holiday periods.

No. Mobile phones are not allowed in our games.
